Requirements & Challenges
As the plant expand, the growing number of equipment assets and monitoring points
created several operational challenges :
• Fragmented monitoring systems make centralized management of machine rooms
and facility operations difficult.
• Environmental data (water flow, temperature and humidity, leakage, ventilation, and
HVAC) was scattered across multiple systems.
