Project Overview
Tpark is the first privately developed professional telecommunications park in Banqiao District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. Designed to support high-tech industries, the park focuses on information technology, telecommunications, cloud computing, digital content, green energy, and intelligent technologies. By bringing together these key sectors, Tpark fosters an innovative technology and cloud application industrial cluster, creating a dynamic ecosystem for collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Covering an area of 24 hectares, the park was developed based on Green Building, Smart Building, and LEED standards. Approximately 60% of the site is designated for industrial use, while 40% is allocated to public facilities.
A Digital Twin platform integrated with BIM technology was implemented to support facility management, energy management, and smart control systems. Inspection and maintenance processes were digitalized, while AI-driven analytics enable comfort optimization and energy-saving management, enhancing HVAC operational efficiency.
